Broad Bean Top Omelette

 Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall has produced a wonderful omlette recipe using broad bean tops.Â

It consists of:

  • handful leafy broad bean topsÂ
  • 4 eggs
  • 50gm of butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
