		<description>Hi, What a good idea to have herb growing cards. Looks really useful.  I use basil but a friend uses it all the time. She uses it for tomato dishes,  egg and cheese dishes (especially scrambled egg), chicken and fish.  I could go on.
I find it hard to remember that the flavour of basil gets stronger when it is cooked, so a lot isn't needed.   Thanks for an interesting post.  Trisha</description>
