Green Thumb Sunday - Thyme flowers - HerbDay2007
Herbs have attractive flowers, though often small. These thyme flowers cheered up the herb trough for weeks - and the bee thought they were good, too!
HerbDay 2007 is on Saturday 13 October, and we are running a series of posts about herbs before then.
Gardeners, Plant and Nature lovers can join in every Sunday, visit As the Garden Grows for more information.

yes Thyme is a wonderful plant. It grows naturally in the hills here, and when we go hiking, the scent of it makes us talk about food. No exception.

One of the good things about thyme is the amount of different varieties they have created smelling of all sorts of things, most of them pleasant

Your thyme looks so pretty in flower. Sometimes I think the small flowers on plants which are not ornamentals are the prettiest of all. Take care, Carver

Hi Curtis
The Thyme has had loads of flowers for months - it is great to have it in the herb tub!
