PhotoHunt: Theme - Practical - (in the Vegetable Garden!)

Posted by TopVeg - October 19th, 2007

practical-bean-pickingTopVeg is very practical - & that helps in the vegetable garden. This photo shows TopVeg standing on a wooden plank, which has been put across the vegetable bed, to avoid treading on the garden, which would damage the soil structure. Vegetables grow better in a well structured soil.

A practical gardener makes growing vegetables easier!

This mango tree is mine, grows right in front of my bedroom. It’s “practical” to own this fruitful tree since I need not to buy mangoes anymore actually, but I still I buy some when the fruits are too young to get…

  21. I guess we should try this or get some stepping stones. Our soil is hurting, in spite of the regular application of compost.
