I always try and buy English apples they are so tasty. I have two apple trees. Last year we got loads of apples and I ended up juicing a lot of them - they tasted lovely. The acorns should be OK as we have a special train that goes up and down the line blasting the rails with hi-pressure water jets. Still the snow could cause a problem....lol Cheers Mark Hi Top veg,
