The end of the Tomato Season in the Vegetable Garden
The last tomatoes are being picked in the vegetable garden greenhouse. The hours of daylight are decreasing and the nights are getting colder, but the tomato plants may keep going for another week.
The cherry tomatoes are very sweet and quite prolific.
The harvest of tomatoes is drawing to a close, now that autumn is having an effect in the vegetable garden.
My tomato production is slow. Lots of green, few of red.

We have had a slow year. too. The sun was very cloudy for weeks in the summer, & I think the tomatoes suffered.
Do you make green tomato chutney? I love it!
