PhotoHunt: Theme - Pink. King Edward Potatoes
King Edward potatoes have a pink blush on their skin. King Edward potatoes are a main-crop potato variety and an excellent choice for growing in the vegetable garden.
King Edward potatoes are floury with a drier feel. They are ideal for dishes where you want fluffy potatoes or a mash, but they are a good all rounder and are excellent baked.

Oh, yum. We usually grow whatever potato has started to sprout in the cupboard at planting time, or rely on potatoes sprouting up from the compost. Those look delicious. This fall, I’ll buy a big supply of local potatoes, Oswego Gold. Your picture is making me hungry!

Very cool! Thanks for the information. My mom is a Canadian prairie girl, so her favourite potatoes are the red ones.
