The Pyramid is a pain free, eco-friendly garden slug trap. It robust - made of strong plastic (dimensions 30×30×25cms).

Slugs crawl into the slug trap, where they fall into a plastic bag, unharmed and without any stress. There is a one way system, so that slugs can get in, but not out. So the slugs stay there until they are lifted out of the trap in the bag, & disposed of, or released back into the wild.

The slug trap uses natural food as bait. Leaves, or other desirable bits from their favourite plant, are placed in the trap to tempt them in.

  • safe to leave the baited slug trap in the garden
  • causes no harm to birds or animals.
  • ideal if children or pets roam the garden, as no poisons involved.

The device is

  • stable
  • sits safely amongst flowers & vegetables in the garden
  • unobtrusive - dark, matt finish blends in with the background

This slug trap is eco-friendly - removing slugs from particular areas in the garden, without destroying the environment.

The slug trap is cost effective - no need buy any slug pellets. Once the trap is purchased, there are no more costs!

Its ingenious design makes the Pyramid Slug Trap a lasting and organic alternative to poisons.

Glad the trap arrived safely. They have been working well in our garden - we use them to clear one area and then move them on!
    Thanks for the feed back

  4. What a great idea as a way to get rid of slugs.
I belong to Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and many birds are poisoned and killed by slug pellets every year which is such a waste of a birds life.
I don’t know why this slug trap hasn’t been thought of before.
Have hinted to get one for a Christmas present, If I don’t then I may treat myself after Christmas.
I’m going to email the RSPB about this slug trap as well. I’m sure they’ll be interested. Trisha

  6. Hi Top Veg

Just wanted to say thanks very much for the excellent slug trap I bought from you. It was a perfect gift for my mother-in-law who is a keen gardener, and if anyone is stuck for a mother’s day gift, they should look no further!

  7. Is there anything useful we can use slugs for? Surely ‘disposing’ of them means ‘the chop’. Have you heard of anything useful we can do with them…apart from emptying the bag a million miles away from the garden?

  8. Hi Claire

You could feed them to the birds. If you keep chickens, they would love them. All part of nature’s rich tapestry!
