Plant garlic & onion sets if not already done
Crop:
celeriac, celery, leeks, parsnips,
sprouts, cabbages,
Jerusalem artichokes, & spinach beet
Other jobs:
- winter digging - on heavy soil, if weather good & soil conditions dry, using a spade. Light soils will not require digging and can be cultivated nearer to sowing time.
- source well rotted FYM if available
- order seed catalogues
- record this years vegetable garden successes & failures, & build on the experience
- write christmas present wish list and include a slug trap!
I had better get busy. You have given us alot to do! I always find your site so helpful.
