		<description>Celeriac is fantastic if you like the taste of celery.  Easy enough to grow but give it space to expand. Cleaning it up is a bit of a job and you can waste a lot peeling it. Makes great soup and good roasted.  You can also bake it sliced with cheese, grated in salads or mashed with potatoes.</description>
